Have been through induction but not needing a stem cell transplant yet. Latest scan showed no signs of progression. I've moved to 1 scan every year for PCA (assuming no change in PSA level.) Still having FDG scans every few months for MM.

I'm now 15 months after my SCT and in my my recent review my figures are improving:WBC 4.0 HB 139 Neut 2.3, lymph1.12 and platelets 106 ( highest for a couple of years). Hi all, just to give you an update on my journey towards my *Allogenic Stem cell transplant, my transplant team @ Addenbrookes Hospital are working towards me starting chemotherapy at the end of July with the transplant taking place approx one week later at start of August.

I have no stem cell transplant donor. If one day I transfer to leukemia, I will have to rely on chemotherapy, and my quality of life will be poor, ultimately leading to death.
