Hi all, just an update on the clinical trial that I started in December 2024 after rapid lymph node enlargement post Stem Cell Transplant. (Allogenic) The trial is a combination of Zanubrutinib and BGB-16673 (BTK degrader).

Have been through induction but not needing a stem cell transplant yet. Latest scan showed no signs of progression. I've moved to 1 scan every year for PCA (assuming no change in PSA level.) Still having FDG scans every few months for MM.

(In Ireland we dont have access to our results) Had appointment today and I asked for more clarification on the "mild fibrosis" as its been bothering me, as they told me months ago that "it's not a matter of if you will need a stem cell transplant, it's a matter of when".

Hi All An update to what I would have described as a failed Stem Cell Transplant has actually been a part success- I don’t seem to have any sign of CLL but instead I am back to SLL status which is what I was initially diagnosed with 10 years ago.

I’ve been wanting to update my Stem Cell Transplant journey with good news and today I was going to post that, instead I’ve been told that a lot of my lymph nodes are enlarged again.

He also did a peripheral bone stem cell transplant to help the bone growth.. hopefully it will work . As for the surgery recovery. I am doing remarkably well. Far better than I have expected in a long time . I have never been this good my legs have never been this good.
