She is considering changing my max weekly dose of Humira to
Stelara

Stelara

I'm new here.....
I just started
Stelara
on January 11th and am waiting to see if it has any positive effect on my Crohn's. I hate calling it "my Crohn's" but I guess that's what it is after all. I have had two bowel resections.

Energy is low and taking other meds for Crohn’s disease and PID (
Stelara
& Hizentra subQ) Anyone have any thoughts on this? I’m thinking maybe
Stelara
& IgG med is keeping my CLL meds from being more effective? Just feeling stuck in a loop.

Coimbra Protocol 3
His last option was
stelara
, doesn’t help. He hasn’t had a regular bowel movement in 2 years. After 1 month on the protocol he had about 1/2 normal with no other changes. He is feeling slightly better, which is awesome for him. I’ve had low vitamin D sores since I was 18.

Stelara for GCA
Has anyone with GCA/PMR, in this group been prescribed
Stelara
? I’m going out of my mind from the pain and disability I deal with. My depression is terrible and I’m game for whatever at this time.

Trying to stay off Prednisone for my Psoriasis
During all this time I was trying different biologics that you see on tv - Humira,
Stelara
, Cosentyx, Taltz and also Otezla which is a pill. Dr. are thinking now that my results with these drugs were skewed by the Prednisone i took.

FINALLY Diagnoised
In fact I was having a PSA flare for 18 months that was brought on after having a thyroidectomy and stopping my
stelara
injection prior to the thyroidectomy and then restarting it 9 months later.

I have an opportunity to joint a clinical trial group, that combines prednisone and
Stelara
. Has anyone had any experience with clinical trial using drug combinations?

Biologics, Pills, Creams, Steroids, NSAIDS, plus laughter, love, frustration and pain. PsA/Psoriasis survivor <3
Been on it several times now, When Otezla and
Stelara
both failed, along with methotrexate and several others. I will now begin a NEWER biologic called Simponi, it is a once a month injection and am curious if ANYONE has used this and what their stories are.

On top of psoriatic arthritis & Chrons, now diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
I'm currently on
Stelara
, hydroxychloroquine, celecoxib. Prednisolone, plus the usual supplements. Have lost 10kgs in the last year, not easy when on steroids and limited exercise due to evil joints, I don't drink/smoke, eat pretty well apart from a penchant for chocolate!

Stelara/ustekinumab for GCA treatment
I just began receiving injections of
Stelara
/ustekinumab to treat my GCA. In the states anyway, it is currently used to treat those with psoriasis, but they have reason to believe that it may actually force GCA into remission in about a year's time.

Stelara
I've been on
Stelara
for over a year now and it was working great up to a month or so ago. Now I have noticed my psoriasis patches aren't calming down and although I'm not getting extra patches it doesn't seem to be helping existing ones. Anyone else had this happen to them. Thanks Mike 😊
