Hi my last 2 blood tests for Serum ALT have come back abnormal I am on Leflunomide & 12 weekly injection of ustekinumab (Stelara) - has anyone else experienced this? My GP has suggested a review to bloods in 2 weeks before going back to Rheumy Dr, I am worried that if still abnormal I will have to change medications again. The tiredness is starting to have an impact on my day to day life again. Any advice or word of wisdom would be appreciated x

Not medically qualified but in your position I wouldn't be bothering with the GP but go straight to Rheumatology for informed advice. Wishing you well
