I’m on sotalol and edoxaban. Dr wants me to take citalopram, for anxiety5, but both have a red box severe reaction warning on the uk NICE drug reaction I did tell receptionist at practise, to inform Dr. Sotalol and citalapram increase the Qt interval especially in increasing age and female sex and edoxaban

Stage IV, Taxol, thrombosis and COC protocol
Hi all, just new to this group! My mum is stage IV ovarian cancer, platinum resistant. She has pleural effusion and peritoneal carcinosis. She is now undergoing third line of chemo (Taxol) but things don't look good. Have any of you combined Taxol with the COC protocol (metformin, atorvastatin, mebendazol

Vent time
Hi Everyone, I try not to vent here too much, as I know we all are struggling with some thing or another and we all know what it is like to have MBC. Good news is, I seem to be stable with Taxol. The cancer markers have gone down, pet scan shows that most of the lesions have decreased. Doc wants me

Ca125 Dropped since starting Weekly Treatments
Well Hello, Just finished my 4th treatment of weekly Taxol and by biweekly Avastin, which is going really well. Haven't lost hair yet except for my lady area which is weird, well guess it is saving me money from getting a wax...😂😂😂. And also no real side affects yet, knock on wood, just get tired

Anti-inflammatories
Hi, I have been suffering over the past 6 weeks with Epididytisis and have had a course of antibiotics as well as an ultrasound (that was clear). When I spoke to a GP he was going to prescribe some anti inflammatory medication but soon realised he couldn’t as I’m taking Apixaban. I’m also taking Sotalol

Hello
Merry Christmas everyone. I hope everyone is able to spend this time with family and/or friends. I have been busy with trying to work, etc. I am stable health wise I think (had a pet scan done yesterday). With taxol I am feeling more tired than before but I am thankful for being stable. Thoughts on Daily Bisoprolol with Sotalol as PIP?
Hello, so my cardiologist has now increased my Bisoprolol to 2.5mg in the morning and 1.25mg at night as I had a couple of early morning ‘near episodes’ immediately on rising, we assume when the amount in the body was at its lowest. Given my adverse reaction to Flecainide, if I do have an episode, the

Help needed interpreting a Kardia report
The odd “quivering” heart sensation which I have now had for about 6 days continues every night. When I awoke this morning I took a Kardia reading whilst it was taking place and sent it off to Kardia for analysis. The finding is reproduced below. The bradycardia is known to my GP and cardiologist and

2 weeks and 2 days- unbearable
My 4 th night of no sleep and can feel myself getting more and more down in the dumps. I’m not expecting miracles, I’m not being impatient and am doing everything to take my mind off it, but here I am 2 weeks after my ablation with a heart rate of 144 which had been ongoing since Saturday. Back in touch

QT intervals
I'm experiencing Ectopic HBits with long intervals in between. Taking Sotalol, Flecainide, Digoxin and feeling very dizzy as going to faint. Anybody in this situation? Many thanks.

Taxol
Just wondering if anyone else is having serious heartburn problems since the IV ranitidine is no longer available pre treatment. I now get two tablets (plus the usual dexamethazone and antihistimine before treatment) something like omeprazole one hour before chemo. This is the only thing that has changed
