I suffer from arthritis, scoliosis and
spinal

. Is there an exercise programme that I can follow from a chair? One that will suit me better!

What do I do when I get to Zero Pred?
[Another health issue, shown from scans, is probable 'chronic
spinal
stenosis
' in lower spine . Just paracetamol for that. This actually causes me more problems (severe discomfort both legs) than the PMR. Seeing a consultant in March (NHS!) to see what he thinks....]

. ( Heart Failure also so can’t take traditional pain relief) Is anyone who’s had experience of using these patches able to advice me how long they take to give relief.

I’ve been diagnosed with spinal stenosis it’s in neck and 2 places in lumbar area
it’s been quite a shock to Get MRI results at least it explains many of the symptoms I’ve had for years and knew were connected I am concerned I’ve got 3 areas I was offered nerve meds I decided to delay those pain meds cause me other issues I also can’t have surgery so it’s a real worry where I could

Newbie here.
Checked with a private Neurologist and it was suggested that it might be Carpal Tunnel or
Spinal
Stenosis
. Nope it was neither. About 3 years ago the gradual muscle fatigue and weakness started, it's not clinical, I can operate but have no stamina and reduced strength.

Tramadol versus Buprenorphine Patch.
Just a short post as I’m getting very depressed by constant pain from Severe
Spinal
Stenosis
. I had a Laminectomy which failed (Triple Bypass and Mitral Valve Repair also) now diagnosed with Heart Failure so no “normal” painkillers.

Spinal Fusion at 9 weeks
This is my scar at the 9 week mark after spinal fusion of 7 vertebrae. There are 2 rods and 12 screws in my back to help stabilise my vertebrae after prostate cancer caused a compression fracture. I have discontinued most of the pain medication. I dropped to a 5 microgram Norspan patch yesterday after

lab work 8 weeks post iron infusion - advice?
I had an infusion of Injectafer 750 mg on April 29 and had labs drawn exactly 8 weeks later per advice or information on this lifeline :) Now I would truly appreciate hearing some fellow RLS sufferers thoughts and advice on iron infusion and medications. I’m currently still symptomatic but much improved

Burned Nerves for Spinal Stenosis..
Morning everyone, I had a temporary nerve block the other day in 6 points around my spine. It seemed to work, the surgeon mentioned the next step would be to burn the nerves but this would only give 6 months - 1 year of relief. I just wondered if anybody here has had this done?

Buprenorhine Patches.
I’ve posted quite a lot recently about my Severe
Spinal
Stenosis
and Heart Failure. I’ve now had a second opinion and, unfortunately, it is that there’s no further treatment suitable due to Heart Problems so I have now been taking Buprenorphine Patches for 4 weeks.
