Still having prob with right leg fatigue/generalised worse
spasticity
and going off to the right but better than it originally was. OH was lovely and the letter copy she sent to me outlines the problems at present but does say that I feel I have improved and hope to be stick free in a few weeks.

Antioxidants Halt Axonal Degeneration in a Mouse Model of X-Adrenoleukodystrophy
The latter did nothing, the former three made my
spasticity
/fatigue worse. I will know what works just by whether I am falling over/dead on my feet, etc, etc. I'm also taking Biotin, CDP Choline and Lion's Mane mushroom for remyelination as well. Hope springs eternal.

Worst things people have said/what not to say to someone with a lung condition
receptor antagonists (montelukast, zafirlukast) block receptors in the lungs to chemicals called leukotrienes which, if they were to bind, would cause inflammation as part of the immune response; anticholinergics (ipratropium, tiotropium) inhibit acetylcholine (ACh) production in the lungs, decreasing

4-aminopyridine-3-methanol (4-AP-3-MeOH).
I've this week stopped with the Gabapentin, I enjoyed the
spasticity
reduction, but the next day the
spasticity
was over double "usual" levels. Kept on redosing to avoid the comedown. I was relieved to see the last of all that. All this adds up to greatly reduced
spasticity
.

Neighbour with severe OCD
I have
spasticity
, memory and fatigue issues which has meant that I am unable to cope with the working hours I used to do. I deliver her shopping and put it on the outside bench, sideways to keep the rain out of the carrier bags as instructed.

Recently diagnosed with AMN
It was when Googling "experimental
spasticity
medications" I found 4-aminopyridine. For some, a magical anti-
spasticity
drug. My neurologists refused to prescribe it. As well as
spasticity
, my other enemy is fatigue.

Does foot and toes flop up and down in bed?
Is this
spasticity
? Is this clonus? He can literally do this for an hour or more. I am not trying to stop this but rather want to know if others have experienced or noticed this? It is similar to restless leg yet more repetitive.

I know alot of you out there are overseas but can anyone tell me some of the other drugs that they have found to work well for the
spasticity
associated with AMN. I was diagnosed in 2006 and currently take Baclofen for the
spasticity
and Neurontin for the neuropathy in my lower extremities.

Rigidity of neck and limbs, any treatment?
Does anyone have suggestions for successful treatment of this "
spasticity
"? I should add that my wife can still walk, closely supported, for very short distances. Her nourishment is catered for by a PEG each night so she gets all the calories/protein needed to sustain her strength.

quitting baclofen
It was prescribed for my muscle
spasticity
. I didn't know it was a dangerous drug, and just kept taking more and more cause it made me feel good. I ended up with nasty-ass withdrawals.

Urinary Urgency: life becoming intolerable
Botox injections sound like an answer, but I have held off these for
spasticity
[muscle stiffness in arm] as the effects last months and are not reversible if there is a problem. Can you help? Local Drs have no experience of this rare illness. Sorry this has been a bit long. Jack.
