Heart attack
Main things that have helped are having 10 mg bisoprosol from 1.25mg, and mono

80mg but that needs increasing again.

High BLood Pressure, Kidney failure, cause discovered
I have been on very low
sodium
diet past 5 years, with low protein added last NOvember. Diet does not seem to make much difference. I thought most people lose weight on chemo, but since one of my drugs is super high dose steroids, I have gained 15# in a month.

MCAS, but possible Masto?
Dr Taylor has prescribed me
Sodium
Cromoglycate privately, but at over £400 per month for the prescription, I cannot afford to keep it up. I suppose my query is in terms of having the rash properly diagnosed and the appropriate treatment commenced, if appropriate.

Dry eyes
I am on Thealoz Duo drops (3% Trehalose, 0.15
Sodium
Hyaluronate). Use this several times a day. But--eyes feel dry all the time. Have been back to my opthalmogogist for a total check up on the condition of my eyes. She says all is fine and that I have severe dry eyes, hence the drops.

What diet to follow?
His PCP tells him to drink more water, lower
sodium
intake and get tested annually. He went to a Nephrologist that told him to drink less water (no more than 50 oz. daily), lower
sodium
intake and test annually. Neither doctor seemed concerned at all.

Comprehensive CKD and healthy Diet app
However it was lacking in that it only tracked only potassium, phosphorus,
sodium
and water. Also it’s’ database was extremely limited as far of a very limited default food list and the search function made it difficult to find even basic items.

How I reinvented my life after GCA.
I was severely anemic and had low blood
sodium
. I went to a hematologist and still no one could help me. When to ER. I was admitted and no one seemed interested in helping me. Was released and went to a large hospital system’s ER. I then saw psychiatrist, neurologist, etc. it went on and on.

Laparoscopy made everything 1000x times worse, anyone else?
I take a combination of: (depending on what's pains/issues are going on) tranexamic acid, mefenamic acid, ibuprofen, codine/ tramadol paracetamol, naproxen, Diclofenac
sodium
, Propranolol (for the anxiety) Omeprazole. Personally I find the naproxen and codine are usually best, for me.

Follow up to back strain with a chest muscle strain. It never ends.
Cardio print out didn't reveal anything serious, bloods indicated low
sodium
which has been the case for months. They gave me a single 5ml dose of Oromorph and sent me home with a follow up blood test 2 days later.
Sodium
still below normal but not dangerously so, doctor said.
