I posted yesterday that their new B12 has
sodium
chloride,
sodium
acetate, acetic acid and water as added ingredients to the hydroxycobalamin. It’s hard not to panic and buy a lot but with a one year date, I fear I would be throwing it away.

Diagnosed with ARLD cirrhosis decompensated July 2022. Any helpful tips or advice would be greatly appreciated
Advised to obviously remain abstinent and low
sodium
diet. There have been no talks of fibroscan, meld or child Pugh. Transplant has not been brought up by consultant. They have tested my blood at clinic appointments and say they are going in the right direction.

Radium223 has not been a success, is Enzalutamide a good next option?
Stage 4 PCA for last 3 years. Had 6 cycles of Chemo and then Abiraterone for 18+ months (PSA dropped to 0.2 then more recently rose to 58 in June '23 ). Abiraterone eventually stopped working and I was able to join Radium 223 trial. Completed 5 of 6 cycles of Radium 223, then elected to stop since

Symptoms and possible colon cancer?
Three months ago in June, I spent two days in the hospital with what the doctors diagnosed as Hyponatremia, my
sodium
level had dropped significantly and the doctor immediately took me off of the Triamterene bp med I was taking as it could cause the
sodium
drop.

Your best adjunct therapy pick
If you could only continue with just one alternative PD therapy, what would it be? (My rather gauche attempt to pick your brains and not re-invent the wheel.) For me, it's MCT oil. What about you?

Radium-223 + Xtandi?
I’ve been on chemo (cabazitaxel + carboplatin) since Jan 2022 and also on Zometa and Lupron. PSA went from 1.3 in Jan 2023 to 11.7 this month. CT and Bone scans show bone mets somewhat stable but with activity, all bone no soft tissue. PET PSMA earlier this year did not show enough tracer activity

The 'Brain Energy Gap' and its possible implication on the progress of PD.

The monster has struck!
I was given more potassium and
sodium
to try to rebalance them. I have continued to pass water frequently. No doctor has been sent for. This glass awakened a great fear of 4 years since I was diagnosed with PAF- that the condition will become permanent.
