Blood Protein May Help Predict Diabetes, Death From Cancer— Prostasin commonly found in epithelial cells of organs - MedPage Today, 08/04/22
MedPage Today article about a blood marker I've never heard of, but one that might be worth getting done. Then again, as it seems to predict lifespan, maybe like the Horvath Clock (see link below), a case where for peace of mind it is better to live in the constant state where, at least for some things

Hi all greetings from the USA! i am 42 and was recently diagnosed with Ascites from postal hypertension related NASH cirrhosis. Have had a number of paracentesis procedures now every two weeks. Weight has gone down from 335 to 235 and I had been following my diet and sodium restriction to the letter

Update
Hi everyone, I hope you've all been well, and have been enjoying the lovely weather we've been having lately. Firstly, I just wanted to say the biggest thank you for all of the supportive words that were left on my last post. I know that I've already made quite a few like them in the past, but the kindness

B1/Thiamine dosing
Influenced by a thread here, I started taking 200 mg b1/thiamine a day. Was doing fine, but tried to double that and felt funky. It's so hard to know if it is the b1 or not. I am following the b1 dosing protocol and keeping up on magnesium, sodium and potassium. I am curious about others who does

Keto, Eggs and PD Meds
So I decided that Keto was the way forward. Tried it when I was first DXed for 4 weeks but didn’t help. I probably expected too much in too little time. Anyway, 7 years later and I’m ready for the ‘big push’. Got my larder full of erithytol, almond flour, Keto snacks, MCT oil. Yesterday I had a breakfast
