RLS Help, no drugs
When I first developed RLS 10 years ago I got rid of it by limiting saturate fat in my diet and completely cutting out gluten. Gluten was the big trouble-maker (I made repeated attempts to check this out, it all confirmed it). However, I developed it again in a big way when I cut dairy out of my diet

Back from Doctors
My numbers are up a little. Do any of you have low sodium count? I asked what does that mean. Oh it could be something serious. Im glad i trust Jesus. They did say PBC can cause joint pain. Put that on the news.lol. he is uping my dose. Do they have a gathering for all of us? That would be nice. All

Struggling with FND diagnosis
Hi everyone, I’m very glad to have found this site! I was diagnosed with FND at the end of January so this is all very new to me. To give you some background I have a very complex set of medical conditions- I have Cystic Fibrosis and underwent a successful double lung transplant in 2012, so I am immunosuppressed

No ankle joint
Is there any way to get my ankle joint to self fuse without surgery and putting metal back in my lega and ankle? Brief summary. Had car accident on December 7 2015. Had several surgeries. I broke my ankle and my leg just above ankle. I ended up with bone infection from the metal they put in my leg.

When is a 'Treat' not a Treat and can you tell what this is by the ingredients? 😊
Hi folks, as its National nutrition month and it was on the news this morning that the UK needs to go on a diet and one of the problems was the low quality of the 'product' by product they mean the food that people are buying to fuel their bodies. So what is a treat? it implies a reward and something

Diet for Liver Disease
Doctors never tell you to change your diet because people tend to make excuses and argue with them about it. So I went to a dietician who said to stick to more of a Vegan type diet... Dairy has natural bacteria in it which can agitate the immune system setting off an auto-immune attack so dairy is bad

Is it just me?
In order to stop the cramping and gas I took an Imodium on Tuesday to give me some relief from the pain and slow things down. It really worked, to such an extent that I have had no bowel movement for 48 hours and am really panicking. Has this happened to anyone else please?

Fighting B12 deficiency
Putting all my symptoms as somebody else might benefit from it. I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency in Jan 2018. It all started with burning sensation in my left forearm which then spread to leg, shoulder blades, hands etc. I took it as Heart issue and was shit scared. Visited my family Dr immediately

Stephen Silva, a story of a hopeful future. He refused to go silently into that dark night. An example for younger patients especially.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver in May 2016 at age 32. At the time I was deep in alcoholism and weighed over 300 pounds. I had basically every symptom that comes along with cirrhosis; jaundice, ascites filled my belly, swollen legs, tender belly, brown urine, rarely urinating
