Social anxiety
I have
social
anxiety
and I’m sure I’ve had it for the longest, I just didn’t know at the time. It’s hard for me to be in public anymore or even talk on the phone in fear that I’ll say something bad or even embarrass myself to my friends.

Be Harmonious with the Universe! ❤️☀️☮️🌸🌈🧘🏻♀️🕉🙏
Everybody is needed, equally needed. There is no hierarchy in existence. Existence supports everything in the same way. It makes no discrimination. In nature, there’s no hierarchy. You are not random because the existence needs you. Without you, something will be missing in that existence and no one

College life sucks.... Having a hard time making friends and connecting with others.
I've been dealing with depression,
social
anxiety
and OCD for years. The thing is I don't have anything to talk with others, especially girls. Even in a group, I'm the one who remains silent. I don't have so much energy like others in my class. So I don't raise my voice to get attention.

Introduction
Hi Everyone, I suffered from
social
anxiety
, generalised anxiety, and panic attacks for most of my adult life. I thought I would never recover and was resigned to being that way forever. About 5 years ago I recovered and now live a normal life, with normal amounts of stress, tension and anxiety.

Just Relax! ❤️☀️☮️🌸🌈🧘🏻♀️🕉🙏
Relaxation is one of the most complex phenomena with very rich, multidimensional. All these things are part of it: let-go, trust, surrender, love, acceptance, going with the flow, union with existence, egolessness, ecstasy. All these are part of it, and all these start happening if you learn the ways

How do I know if a friendship is actually progressing?
Granted this could be due to the fact that we both are incredibly awkward and have forms of
social
anxiety
but I thought we were passed the weirdness phase! At first, before we started talking, I wondered if he was interested in a friendship that went beyond class.

Kick Rocks Anxiety
New Years Eve I went to a party even though I have
social
anxiety
. I said
social
anxiety
you can kick rocks because I was going to enjoy myself and I did. Now I just discovered that I have separation anxiety and I'm like what the f**k.

Social Anxiety and it Sucks!!
I developed
social
anxiety
and I forgot how miserable this makes me feel. I feel like I'm losing my sanity and I don't cope well. Anything can trigger it and it depresses me after the panic attack subsides. All I want to do is sleep.

What causes the obsessive thoughts?
Are the obsessive thoughts usually associated with anxiety or with depression? I can't stand being alone. I feel awful when theres no one that's with me. During the day I always stay with my family but when I'm alone I keep having the obsessive thoughts - they never stop! Please help. Tell me what helps

Trial run lingering side effects
I was prescribed the generic cymbalta and took them for 4 days before the side effects caused me to change meds. I stopped cymbalta one day and started the generic Zoloft the next. I took that for 10 days and just couldn’t handle it anymore. It’s been almost 20 days since I took the last pill and my

Do you feel like this too?
Sometimes I think I have multiple people in my head. I don’t mean like split personality disorder but like there’s the me that gets up everyday and goes to work seems happy but then there is the other version the one that put all the horrible thoughts in my head. The worst part is I don’t usually pay

Single and frustrated
I struggle to forget about her as my
social
anxiety
makes it difficult to meet other people not forgetting the pandemic strictions. I get frustrated when thinking about my singleness and I don't know how to shake off this feeling.
