Kick Rocks Anxiety

New Years Eve I went to a party even though I have social anxiety. I said social anxiety you can kick rocks because I was going to enjoy myself and I did. Now I just discovered that I have separation anxiety and I'm like what the f**k. Instead of treating my variations of anxiety like it makes my life or choose my steps; I'm like kick rocks anxiety because I won't stumble over you anymore. I'm in therapy and about to go to an intense outpatient therapy program to work through anxiety using new skills. Kick Rocks Anxiety!!
