Trial run lingering side effects

I was prescribed the generic cymbalta and took them for 4 days before the side effects caused me to change meds. I stopped cymbalta one day and started the generic Zoloft the next. I took that for 10 days and just couldn’t handle it anymore. It’s been almost 20 days since I took the last pill and my eyes are still not focusing as they should. Is it normal for the side effects to continue this long since I only took the meds for a short period of time. I’m still feeling nauseous at times but I think it’s my vision causing it. Another kicker to the situation is that I took brand name cymbalta for 4 years before stopping and never felt any side effects getting use to them. It was a span of 18 months from stopping brand name cymbalta before trying the generic cymbalta.

The generic was duloxetine. My doctor did say although they have the same active ingredients, there is some small differences. It was a world of differences between the 2 in my body’s opinion. My insurance will only get the generics if there is one available, so the brand name is not an option for me anymore.
