Can anyone recommend....
some kind of in-run fuelling that isn't based on sugar, or carbohydrates? I know there are some low-carb runners here, what do you do? I know we are meant to be able to run on fresh air when we're fat adapted but I've not reached that holy grail...

Help! Trepidation setting in…
Having not run since I was 11 years old (I remember that day well….) I have decided that I need to get off of my bottom and take my health more seriously. Having largely ignored insulin dependent diabetes since my diagnosis, due to the fact that I am invincible, having slowly and blatantly increased

New member not diagnosed.
Hello everyone, I'm a new member here who's spent the last couple weeks researching liver disease, reading your stories, trying to prepare myself for what I may have to look forward to. A little back story. I'm a 38 year old disabled combat veteran. I sustained a traumatic brain injury while in Iraq

Investigating the Influence of Excipients on the Stability of Levothyroxine Sodium Pentahydrate
There has been a tiny rivulet of papers questioning the formulation of levothyroxine products. Time and again, the papers identify problems with excipients of which a large proportion of real products contain at least one. I'm sure it is not the entire picture. But this rivulet has been flowing for

No vegetable seed oils. Lots of veg. Small amounts of seasonal fruit. I had my first dental checkup and clean and for

IBS, resection surgery and Imodium
I had a bowel resection surgery for a cyst about a year ago. They took 13 inches of my bowel out. Some small and some large intestine. I had IBS D before surgery but seemed to manage it by the way I would eat. Since surgery though it comes and goes way more frequently. I just started trying to use Imodium

Asthma misdiagnosis. Could it be heart issues? Any advice would be great 😊☺️
Hi everyone! I am twenty years of age. For as long as I can remember, I have always hated exercising. This is because I have always struggled to breathe properly, when exercising. As a young child, I quickly grew to despise going on family walks, because of this. It was suspected I could have asthma
