Phlegm when eating
Hi Just wondering if anyone has advice. I had total gastrectomy in January due to cancer. Things have been ok since, able to eat little and often. However the past few days I feel like I’m having spasms in my oesophagus/throat, it happens at random times and is a little worse when eating. Within minutes

Multiple year survivors - what's your advice?
Hello my friends! It has helped me so much to learn that there is such a large community of us out there, and to be able to read about all of your experiences that are so like mine, but also different. I was diagnosed in May of this year with MBC to my bones 3 years after a bilateral mastectomy. I

Study suggests women may be undertreated for obstructive sleep apnea.
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) has been considered a predominantly male disease. While more women have been diagnosed with OSA in recent years, the numbers remain disproportionate, with 3-to-5 times more men than women receiving an OSA diagnosis. Investigators from Brigham and Women's Hospital and Yale

meben, alben and fenben dosages
has anyone seen any info on what the dosages are for mebendazole, albendazole and fenbendazole? Well, I know Panacur C/fenben is 222mg/gram - but I've never seen anything about what people take in mebendazole and albendazole dosages for the same effects as fenben.

New cancer vaccine trial helped kill breast cancer cells in Mayo patient (October 10, 2019 news item)
[Fellow travelers, this sounds a lot like Provenge. But instead of waiting over a weekend for the white blood cells to be returned from a lab in Atlanta or Seal Beach, CA, this article says the "shot is made right there, on the spot." Indeed, our adv. PCa future is likely tied up in the development

Implant and reduction/lift surgery while on Ibrance
I have Mets to bones’ ER PR positive HER negative. My oncologist wants to keep me on Ibrance even though I’m having my implant exchange on the mastectomy side and a lift/ reduction on healthy breast to match. Has anyone stayed on Ibrance before, during and after surgery? I’m concerned with healing.

Hello everyone, I have a question. Is anyone taking the medicine Ampyra to help with walking?
My doctor wants me to start taking Ampyra to help me walk better. This medicine cost around $2,000. My local pharmacy can not fill my prescription because my insurance wants to use their own pharmacy. So my local pharmacy has to check and see if the insurance pharmacy has the medicine in stock first

Vit D
I take Promacta 15 mg and it is holding me somewhere between 50 and 80. Everyone seems O.K. with that. A couple of months ago, a few posted that vitD helped their numbers, so I tried that on top of my promacta. I don't know if it was wishful thinking, coincidence, or what, but after 6 weeks my platelets

Am I Petty?
Am I petty? Seriously, if I am, I apologize, but here’s the thing: Last year my husband and I were visiting my father-in-law in another state, after he had a heart attack. My mother-in-law died shortly after Scott and I were married. She had breast cancer and this was decades ago when more died then
