I keep forgetting to come to this site. I don’t know what to write here but feel like I have so much to say. I don’t want my post to be so long but I’m not sure how to categorize my thoughts. Proving my worth again
Things slipped out of my hands, i have again realized that i am unworthy of any sort of love or companionship. Yet another relationship i have failed myself with. This time it hurts a bit too much, because i love him so much yet i had to leave him, because i knew staying any longer wouldn't do any good

Benzo differences
So far I've been prescribed Xanax, klonopin and Ativan. While they are all effective, there a subtle and not so subtle differences between them. For me, Xanax addresses my social anxiety way more than the others, and seems to hit my brain/cognition more. Klonopin tends to be smooth and has the axiomatic

Anybody here get stimulated by benzos?
Benzos are normally associated with drowsiness, fatigue, impaired judgment, etc. In my case, it's the complete opposite. It's as if when I take a Xanax or klonopin, all of sudden fear melts away, agoraphobia is gone and not keeping me sitting on my ass. It sorta gets me to pump my chest and go out and

I hope everyone who is suffering from any type of anxiety or depression knows that things will get better. We all are a working progress, and if we want that change it can happen. I have PTSD and it has been one of the worst things that I ever dealt with.. it sucks when you can’t enjoy your life because

Red/Infrared light therapy - any short term side effects?
For those of you using red/infrared light therapy, did you have any short-term (or long-term) side effects? Yesterday was my first day using the duo coronet light therapy and I did both a morning and evening session. It's pretty comfortable and easy to use. However, I had a dull headache all day,

thoughts on ptsd (laymans view)
i do not consider PTSD a mental illness. I consider it a type of psychic scalding like a sunburn to skin.....too long exposure to toxic rays....................why wouldnt a person have a PTSD is very commoon secondlary to large amounts of stressful toxic environements....like Psychic radioactivity.

NADH Side Effects
I started taking NADH about a week ago. Instead of feeling better, I notice extreme fatigue, nausea and sleepiness but at the same time I have trouble sleeping. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?

Infrared light
The 600-700nm range is being used by itself for
sleep
/mood
disorders
with 650nm the most common. Some are combined with 850nm (not visible light) for broader effects. Any quality bulb should be labelled with the range.

Venlaflaxine experience
Hi all Has anyone got any experience with venlaflaxine - possitive or negative. I was taken off escitalopram, and that was replaced with Venlaflaxine, around 2 years ago. I'm still getting severely depressed, which I didn't on escitalopram. In fact I was a little numb to emotion, which I don't like
