Iron panel results - is this normal or something to be concerned about?
I'm confused by the results. I haven't been taking any iron supplementation for a while. I tested because I've been ill (chronic urticaria) and haven't been able to tolerate iron supplements. Fasted over 12 hours beforehand, didn't take anything with biotin for over 10 days. Doctor wanted to do full

Not so good news - after 11 months of Besremi, WBC, RBC, Hemoglobin, and HCT were all below normal
For the last 11 months, WBC, RBC, Hemoglobin, and HCT were all trending lower; and in general CBC and CMP numbers have been normal for the last 9 months until last week (the 11th month). I hope this is just due to a higher dose than necessary. I just had 100 mcg of Besremi, and it was 150 mcg for around

Folate Level 30
Hi everyone, I wondered if someone could give me some advice on my folate levels. I am self injecting every day. The doctor initially prescribed daily injections for 3 weeks and after those 3 weeks we had another appointment and my neuro symptoms had not subsided - so he recommended for me to continue

Update on my previous post trapped nerve and PMR.
After an MRI on my spine I do not have a trapped nerve in my back and my pain is two vertebrae bones crumbling. I have come to the conclusion that the pain in my back and bottom area is mainly my PMR flare, it is so bad I can't move without pain while in bed. Tried increasing my pred dosage from 6mg

CALR+ eosinophilia
Greetings from Brooklyn, New York! For the past 3+ years my CBCs have consistently shown significantly high eosinophils. In the first year, I received an "eosinophilia of undetermined significance diagnosis" after a slew of tests including BMB which was apparently normal at the time. I now have a new

Iron tests included in bloodwork?
Hello! Have been on hydroxy a year now and platelets are just beneath 400. I also have begun experiencing really nasty fatigue and wonder why ferritin the a not included in bloodwork? I have seen pretty low iron levels and will begin supplementing with follow-up test I had to request. Anyone else questioned

Pernicious anemia advice/ reassurance
Hello, I have had pernicious anemia/ b12 deficiency for 4 years and have been self injecting for 2.5 years. I have found injections every 3 weeks and 3 days keeps me healthy for 99% of the time. Occasionally though I have major drops where I am -unable to go to work - I can’t get my head around

Doctor put my b12 schedule on my records.
this week after a visit to the ED and changed symptoms related to my spine degenerative disease, I saw a different doctor at the practice, as she was going through my history, she asked about my B12 and It’s diagnosis, including the hospital discharge saying I did it EOD. I explained I had been diagnosed
