I assume SCR is serum creatinine - a measure of renal function,
Platelets are a white blood cell that helps blood clot - I think that result is slightly outside the reference range but pred can raise them so expected, Basophils are involved in inflammation and pred decreases the numbers - also expected.
Without the lab's reference ranges, usually quoted in brackets after the result, or at least some units, it is difficult to say much more.
