Constipation and antidepressants
Hi, Can anyone tell me of any anti depressants which do not have constipation as a side effect. I have been constipated since birth. Many medical reasons, and I take strong medication every day to make my bowels work. I’m in a bad place mentally at the moment for lots of external reasons, but the antidepressants

Hey everyone, so my asthma has been rubbish badly controlled by me at times and it’s not being taken seriously by medical staff. I’ve been told so many times by drs and gp’s that’s they highly doubt I have asthma because my sats are alway within an acceptable range. This has driven me insane and I

And yes my

severe
!! You do not want to catch this ! At one point I tried to get out of bed and was so weak my legs wouldn't hold me and I flopped to the floor. There I had to stay until my son came and picked me up.

New diagnosis of prediabetes
Probably steroid induced as I have
severe
copd,
asthma
and bronchiectasis which has required a large amount of IV hydrocortisone for pneumonia, plus regular daily steroid inhaler for many years. Im 73, not overweight (BMI 20.4) but have a waist measurement of 36" so probably internal fat as well.

Asthma/Reflux/Shortness of Breath question
Hi, I'm new here. I have been having shortness of breath 3 months ago, and then coming into winter (NZ), started to develop a funny throat/wheeze 2 months ago and was told I had asthma. I've barely had any relief from the medications. I've had a chest xray, lung CT scan with dye, blood tests and everything

Ventolin
When I get breathless and use my inhaler a couple of times it seems to make me feel worse, a bit space out and heart racing. Or is that the asthma . Settles after a while . Feel rough for the rest of the day . As we all know asthma attacks are frightening.

Breathing
I struggle with asthma like symptoms when I’ve picked up something viral or hay fever season. I’ve been having 2 puffs of ventolin before I run as this week I feel a little under the weather and quite breathless, my runs have been quite rubbish this week. Any asthma sufferers out there to offer some

Increasing seretide
Hi everyone, I'm sorry about having to post another question here but I'm really struggling at the moment. I woke up this morning feeling the same as usual (tight chest but I'm used to it now) but throughout the morning my symptoms increased a lot and now it feels like I'm having an attack though I'm

Vitamin D
The asthma nurse at Asthma UK suggested I have my Vitamin D levels checked as low levels can make your asthma worse. I have looked on the internet and there are various studies that state this. I take colecalciferol for my bone problems which has 10mg Vitamin D but there are articles saying that you

Severe incontinence
I was wondering if anyone had been offered stoma surgery for their severe Diarrhea. I can’t go out anymore due to the problems, the last 3 years of my life have been mostly stuck inside and I’m only 23. I am on the toilet up to 20 times a day and can never leave the house due to the urgency. I’ve had
