loosing the will
I have recently swapped from 1 grain armour and 50mcg t4 tirisont to 100mcg tirsont and 9.5mcg of compounded t3. I can’t even explain the level of fatigue I feel as though I have been hit by a bus (whole body aches), can hardly move or get out of bed. I am also experiencing. I am having a lot of histamine

NDT what is it?
I' d like an alternative to levo, preferably a vegan choice if possible. I got no offerings here, perhaps if I new the alternatives, I could discover sources myself, then suggest changing to it with my doctor. many thanks

Progesterone then starting period. Confusion.
Hello everyone. So I’ve been on progesterone to delay period whilst I was away. They said I’d come on today and has to be by midday to start meds tomorrow. My question. . My periods are always light and never really a full ‘flow’. So I had a slight brown bleed at 10:45 this morning ( more than spotting

We’re out. I haven’t cried. Am I numb or just hardened?
So yesterday was OTD and we got the dreaded BFN. My spotting wasn’t implantation it was my period trying to come and as soon as I stopped the progesterone injections yesterday AF made her unwelcome appearance. During my first IVF cycle this crushed me and it took me two weeks to stop crying. This time

extremely confusing goiter/ultrasound
I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on this for me or if I will have to live being confused forever… I have had a diagnosed ‘moderately diffuse goiter’ for the last 7 years (maybe longer looking at old photos). I am negative for all antibodies (tpo, tgab) and have had these tested lots of

Dutch Test Results Help
Hello, I was wondering if anyone is able to help with dutch test results for cycle mapping - mapping the patterns of estrogen and progesterone throughout a cycle. I am still struggling with hair loss so thought this might give me some insight. The way I am reading it is lower than desired progesterone

Help with test results please!
Hi all, I’ve just received my test results for the advanced thyroid function test via Medichecks after increasing my Levothyroxine from 125mcg to 150mcg. I had the blood drawn 25 hours after my last Levothyroxine dose and before 9am, fasting. I also stopped iron and any supplements containing B vitamins

Back in 2015 I joined this site after my thyroidectomy and after taking the brilliant advice on here I have been well for over seven years. Now due to a dud batch of Thyroid s I have decided to change to Levo plus T3. I have been taking 2.25 grains per day split into twice a day which has keep me well

Estrogen Dose Too High?
My hormones history is very long, so I won'tgo into great detail , but I had a hysterectomy (everything gone) about 16 years ago. I did fine on 1 mg oral estradiol for about 8 years. About 8 years later, I crashed badly with every menopausal symptom. The worse being the psychological ones. Not one

Challenging the TSH Mantra - what to do next? (long post)
Saw my endo last week : was told that she couldn’t 'in all conscience' treat a patient whose TSH was suppressed especially with increased risk of heart attack/osteoporosis (I argued this was less than 1% but was ignored). Was told that TSH is the ONLY physiological test that is accurate for ALL thyroid

symptoms after increasing armour..
Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone can help answer a few questions I have if possible please. I am in the process of getting my Armour dosage up and experiencing terrible symptoms each time. I was previously on 1.75 grains and finally had a patch of feeling a bit better. My Endo told me to increase

Scaly skin on eyelid, itchy and red conjunctiva
Hi all, hope everyone is well :) I've been feeling pretty good lately, and I'm due for another blood test to determine my NDT dose soon. The puffiness in my eyes and face have continued to improve, and the difference is quite noticeable. All of that being said, however, I noticed around the beginning

What to try next?
I have had 3 postive tests 2 non pgt tested and 1 pgt tested which resulted in a postive but miscarriaged before 6 weeks, plus 2 bpf. I have had the blood test for miscarriages and no known issues apart from requiring more folic acid so increased to 5mg. So my last protocol was lubian, inhixa folic
