I have had 3 postive tests 2 non pgt tested and 1 pgt tested which resulted in a postive but miscarriaged before 6 weeks, plus 2 bpf. I have had the blood test for miscarriages and no known issues apart from requiring more folic acid so increased to 5mg.
So my last protocol was lubian, inhixa folic acid, utrogestion and progesterone as usual, plus till transfer steroids tablets with a pgt tested embryo and still miscarried. What can I do next?
Anyone been in a similar situation what did you do? I still have 2 pgt embryo. Before I use another precious one I want to know if there is anything else I can do to stop the mischariages. Its been a two year journey and now 37 still no baby. Any help would be appreciated

I don't have any words of wisdom to offer - but sounds like you are doing all the right things and ticking off the list of possible things that could be preventing success.
I was tested for Anti phospholipid syndrome a clotting disorder which causes miscarriage early. And once I tested positive I started on clexane and aspirin for this round. Also had folic acid at 10 mg prescribed. I have had success with this and am currently 11 weeks pregnant.
Good luck with your next try. Sending positive thoughts. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤗🤗❤️❤️
It is not always related to heavy bleeding or pain to be 100% sure you have to have MRI scan but something they can see it on Ultrasound. I have adenomyosis and I don’t have heavy bleeding or pain I was diagnosed after having 3 miscarriages all conceived naturally and 4 egg retrieval and 4 transfer through MRI scan
I would recommend a hysteroscopy and MRI to check your cavity x
Hi, have you had any surgical management for miscarriage/D&C or ERPC? Uterine scar tissue can form (normally only after surgical management but sometimes other causes) which can cause other subsequent miscarriages? As Daisy said I would check your uterus-for scar tissue you can do a 3D SIS prior to hysteroscopy. That could also show any adenomyosis. Other than thyroid and clotting which are part of the standard recurrent miscarriage tests which you’ve said that you’ve already done-what type of immune testing have you tried? I see that you’ve tried steroids but there are other immune treatments depending on your body.
Tons of luck -it can happen-I’m 26 weeks pregnant following hysteroscopy for scar tissue which was treated, baby aspirin for blood flow because of scaring, thyroid treatment and immune protocol for raised NK cells. X
