Anybody suffer SAD. Sometimes I feel the profesionals don't understand the level of my anxiety. I woul like to know if I will.have to live whit this all my live. Something when I have a crisis I would like to run to a cliff and disappear

This have been very hard to me becouse is not just sad this increasing my Separation Anxiety Disorder. I feel my world is broken . Tiny my chihuahua have be as a child I have never had. I just want to share my pain. I know there are worse situations in this world but this is what I feel know.
