Ketamine treatments

I started ketamine treatments around the end of May 2023. I started with 6 treatments and I felt so alive and happiness. I thought I am finally going to be ok. This works for me. Everyone around me could not believe how good I was doing. Now my insurance will not pay for the treatments so I had to pay 450.00 each treatment. A few months go by and in September 2023 anxiety hit hard. My husband and I took a trip to Nashville and it didn't go to well. The crowds were just crazy and I had a concert to go to. The people were way to much that I couldn't leave my hotel room which frustrated my husband. We ended up in a huge argument and sadly we left 2 days early with no concert to see. He was beyond pissed. He said a lot of threatening things to me and it scared me. He was about to end the marriage after 20 years. PTSD kicked in bad with me. After that I had more ketamine treatments but they didn't seem to help at all. I think I had at least 6 more treatments since then. Nothing. My anxiety has been through the roof. Is there anyone out there that have tried ketamine treatments ? How are they working for you ? I am stuck in this hell and can't find my way out. Nothing seems to work. I also had TMS last year around this time. That just barely got me through the holidays. I have a therapist which don't help either. On seraquil remeron and trazadone. Kolonapin for anxiety. My life is all about taking my meds talking to a psychiatrist every other week and a therapist once a week. Still no relief.

Here for support because I know the struggle. I haven't tried ketamine for treatment, although I would love to someday (I used it recreationally when younger). Also wanted to suggest, it sounds like stressful things were happening: insurance suddenly not paying for treatments, that trip to Nashville, and the threats from husband. I'm just suggesting that we can't expect meds and therapy to fix everything when our environmental factors are a huge cause of our problems. It's rough in this day and age, times and humans are not kind, so I just try to be kind to myself whenever I can, and rid my life of toxicity whenever I can.
