Are sleeping disorders part of having anxiety ? And I’m waking up to images in mind. Just random stuff. The onset of both was after going through Covid and feeling very stressed. I have lightheadedness too. This has been going on for years.
your thoughts and musings will be very much appreciated
Thanks 😊

Sleeping issues can be related to anxiety. Was a nervous kid growing up and had boughts of insomnia. I don't have much insomnia anymore, but I sleep very different now, by happenstance and not design. I don't have dreams as vivid as I used to and find myself teetering between sleep and consciousness more at random points in the night. I get up at least twice a night and never necessarily feel rested. I figure it's all developed from anxiety and being less equipped to deal with it. The lightheadedness you describe bothers me; I was often lightheaded throughout my life and it turns out that it's related to an iron deficiency.
Thank you for the very useful advice. Did you lightheadedss get better? Where you Anemic. My iron levels are boarder line so there maybe something there for me worth pursuing. Thanks again
