Hi all, I know I should see my Dr if I’m overly concerned, which I’m not. I also appreciate this is a slightly medical question. But due to your experience & knowledge thought I’d ask for your opinions. I’ve lost nearly 3 stone & dropped 4 dress sizes & am now a 10-12. My body has changed a lot!! I’

confused about Prostap injections
Hi I've been to see the gynaecologist today about my endometriosis, she said to try swimming and yoga...then suggested prostap injections. My Doctor had referred me for a hysterectomy but gynaecologist said I need to try injections first. I don't know what to do? any advice would be appreciated x

It’s never easy to face infertility, but it may be particularly difficult when you live in the city, where it seems every other woman is pregnant, and children burst out of houses up and down the block. It’s overwhelming and heartbreaking, because you see all these other families and think you’ll never

Is it true?
so I went back to my GP last wed, on the advice of the Osteopath who is treating me for my lower back pain. I explained all of my symptoms and that I would like to be ref back to gene. This was her response, some people get easy periods, some get bad ones, you just get really bad ones. There no point

New to Endometriosis
Hi I found this group while googling information about bowel endometriosis. I have had an ultrasound of the gallbladder, a CT scan, a H pylori test(which I have hx of) and a HIDA scan. Everything came back negative but still waiting for results for the H pylori test. Oh and in the process of scheduling

Waiting on period
Hi ladies So I really need some advise. Since d&c back in March periods have taken ages to come. Cycle could be even 40-48 days. We were hoping to have next fet before Christmas. We had our pre treatment consultation last week and I was to let them know when period arrived to schedule prostap injection

Hi all, Bit of background about me: After 17 years of miss-diagnosis and me just 'powering on through' I finally had a diagnostic lap in August 2016. During the op they found endo all down my left side which they burnt off. They left a tricky section which is sticking the tube which runs from my kidney

How long before speaking to doctor?
Hey all, So we're TTC at the moment, first month I got pregnant but had a very early miscarriage. We're now in month 5 of trying... I'm 34. I've just seen the latest research on endo and pregnancy : The odds of an ectopic pregnancy - in which the foetus develops outside the womb - were nearly trebled

I had my 1st prostap injection today. The 1st of approx 3 my consultant wants me to have before he does a lap and hysterectomy in january. Bit of a delay in getting the injection due to no info or letter about how to get it. Didnt realise i had to book a prescription through my own gp then book an appointment
