choosing birth method after IVF - should I be induced?
My consultant has offered me induction or C-section at 39 weeks due to the fact I’m assisted fertility and of an anxious disposition. keen to understand from anyone that’s been in a similar position and been induced with an oxytocin drip how it was? I’m reading lots of scary stories about how painful

Prostap
Anyone currently or previously been on Prostap? Finding it pretty rough. Been on Zoladex for 15 months then straight onto Prostap. 2nd jab due in couple of weeks. Does it get better?

Hi 👋
Hi everyone 😊 This is my first post, been researching lots about thyroid health the last few days as I had some bloods done a few weeks ago that came back abnormal so I had more done yesterday and I'm just waiting to hear back about those. Been feeling extremely tired and achy, I started taking Sertraline

ET and pregnancy
Hello, this is my first post so hello to everyone. I'm 36 years old. Last September, I was diagnosed with the JAK2v617f mutation. I am 28 weeks pregnant and take 150 mg of aspirin a day. Are there any contraindications to giving birth by cesarean section? I have conflicting information from the gynecologist

is it just me being bombarded with 'memory of pain' by specialists?
Hey hope you're all good. Recently my endo specialist told me "you've had ablasion, Prostap injections didn't help you so you can't have endo anymore, it's memory of pain". I saw the pain specialist who told me it doesn't matter if I have endo or not, there is pain, and most of it is going to be

Laparoscopy oophorectomy
So I had surgery on Tuesday, was supposed to be a full open hysterectomy but I opted for laparoscopy removal of large endometrioma which may have been cancerous and removal of ovary and fallopian tube. I now have a 2 week wait for results of endometrioma and omental biopsy, if positive then I will have

Endometriosis and Adenomyosis
Hi I have just been diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. I have been having bad pain and bleeding for 3 years now and saw a gynaecologist who said it was because of a cyst. 3 years later and I saw a different consultant who sent me for an mri scan which showed that I have severe endometriosis

Questions related to planned c-section.
I am currently 31weeks 2 days pregnant. I had a meeting with my consultant yesterday to discuss the delivery options. I want a planned c-section. So far I am not at any high risk pregnancy, my baby size is normal, blood pressure is normal, my gestational diabetes level is under control with the diet

Prostap and Hrt
Good morning all. I was on prostap for over 2 years and have been on that combined with hrt for about 18 months while i await a lap which I have booked on 6th July. I had a bone density scan in January and have just received a letter from my consultant. They have said I must stop the prostap immediately

Positive induction stories?
Hi, I’m due to be induced tomorrow, I’m 39+2 (I have gestational diabetes which is why I’m being induced) but I’m terrified, I’ve read/ heard all horror stories on induction not working, taking too long and still ending up with c-section. Has anyone had a positive induction experience that can help ease

prostap and osteopenia
Morning. So, I have been on prostap about 2 years now with hrt while awaiting a lap which is luckily booked for the 6th July. I had a dexa scan in January and they only contacted me with the results last week. Apparently the bone density scan shows I have osteopenia due to the injection and I need to

Ryeqo, anyone on it or tried it?
Just started this today, apparently it's a new drug similar to prostap but in tablet form with hrt included, to be taken once a day for six months. When I picked my prescription up the chemist said the 3 month supply of tablets were very expensive and cost over £200 apparently! I work but i'm on universal

prostap
I have been on prostap injections for over 12 months I have noticed that I always started getting period pains midway through the month. Does this mean the injections are starting to wear off? This coincides with or for joint pain, which makes me think it is hormone fluctuations.

Hi all, thank you to this forum for keeping me going during the dark days, of which there were plenty across the last five years. It's shown me how much we infertility warriors can help eachother, advocate for ourselves, and keep determining how to fight differently for our future families. We have to
