Trying to get my health on track..

Had a abdominal hysterectomy and kept my ovaries in Early March, was put into chemical menopause with Prostap SR which really messed me up. The drug caused me to be extremely depressed/anxious. As well as thyroid/heart/ kidney issues. My thyroid is still being investigated (their suspecting hoshimoto’s)

I have gained 2 stone and just feel drained of energy. I recently went to my GP annual health check where I was told my bmi is 33 😟. I knew I was gaining from being sedentary mainly but also comfort eating.

I need to do what I can as my initial weight loss was to help with mild sleep apnea which has crept back. Just need motivation and tips on pushing myself even when I feel drained which is most of the time at the moment. I did used to be very active.

From my diagnosis with large uterine fibroids to here I have gained the weight. Good luck everyone am still getting used to the Exi app 🤞

HI Kinzy1979 - thank you so much for sharing your experience. It can be really hard to motivate yourself when all your energy is going into dealing with multiple chronic health conditions that cause pain and fatigue (along with the tough work of actually getting diagnoses figured out!)

It can also be very hard to go from being able to be very active, to struggling with any activity at all. But even a little bit makes a difference. I'm going to tag in Dr_Lou_EXI here as she might have some more specific advice for you.
