Hi everyone, I’ve got my first lap coming up and I’m so worried that the gynae surgeon doing it is going to miss something (or not find anything). At my appointments he’s been vague and a little dismissive that my symptoms ‘won’t be down to endo’ At the same time I’m also having a lump removed from

Anyone been prescribed 2 Cerelle tablets daily?!
So I was diagnosed earlier this year with Endometriosis in the cervix and rectum, after years of very heavy and painful periods. Just before insisting I be referred to Gynae, my Doctor put me on the Cerelle pill which apparently is meant to stop your periods completely but for me it made my periods

How long does it usually take for your cycle to come back after finishing prostap injections?
Hi everyone, Just wondering in anyone can help or advice? I only had 2 months of pratap. I decided not to get the third as the side effects were awful! It’s been around 11 weeks since my last injection so those nasty side effects have worn off (thank god) . I had felt ‘normal’ for around the last 5

Placenta blocking cervix
So my 24 week ultrasound showed my placenta is blocking my cervix, am booked in for another scan at 32 weeks, midwife is hoping this little boy with grow and naturally move it, otherwise I'll be booked in for a c section.. I have had 3 natural births and this is the last baby, so a c section makes

Elective Caesarean on the NHS
Has anyone opted for a caesarean? I'm 33 weeks pregnant and off to see my consultant later and want to request to book a date for a c-section. Baby is currently transverse so there is no way he'll be delivered vaginally if he stays in this position, but even if he moves head down I really don't want

Surgery after prostap injections
Hi ladies. So I had an appointment with consultant last week. He wants to operate again but said because I’ve had another course of prostap I have to wait 9 months to get fully out of my system ready for operation. Has anyone ever been told this? He said I can’t take anything such as the contraceptive

Prostap
I had my laparoscopy a couple of months ago where Endometriosis was found. I only really had about 2 weeks of relief after surgery and I’m still in quite a lot of pain. I’ve been put on prostap. I had my first month injection and now I’m on my second which is a three month injection. I still haven’t

Prostap and periods
I had a monthly injection from February until end of June, 6 in total. I’ve not yet lost the weight I gained, but thankfully I only went up about a size and a half in clothes. My skin got better toward the last injection and is miles better since, although I get spotty on my chest now and I never used

Prostap
Can someone please tell me if the patches used for menopause are effective?.. I had 2 course of prostap, should have taken 3 courses originally but decided not to. This injection was making me feel depressed, hot nausea feelings you name it. My periods can when I took the first course, after and came

New to the group
Hi! I am new to the group! I love learning about new treatments for lymphedema. I suffer from primary tarda which I developed after my third c-section 20 years ago. I have been able to manage it with elevation and exercise but sure would love to learn if there is a cure out here :)
