I had my laparoscopy a couple of months ago where Endometriosis was found. I only really had about 2 weeks of relief after surgery and I’m still in quite a lot of pain. I’ve been put on prostap. I had my first month injection and now I’m on my second which is a three month injection. I still haven’t had any relief. I’m scared that it will never work. I’ve also bled quite a lot while being on prostap is this normal?

It sounds like it would be a good idea to try to get a meeting or phone call to discuss this with your gynaecologist! I was feeling better sometime in the third month on it, when my periods stopped. I still have some ovarian pain but not too bad, currently in month 7 on it whilst waiting for another excision.
