PVCs, PAF and ablation
With ablation I am scared that it is a heart surgery and can leave
scars
etc. With medication my pulse goes down to 40-41. Are 10% PVCs too many and can be dangerous? I would be very grateful for any thoughts.

Facial Scar & Face Asymmetry
I had a childhood accident when I was 2 years old that resulted in a three inch scar in my lower cheek. This was circa 1965 and they stitched it up crudely. It was so traumatic I remember the circumstances leading up to the accident and being held down while they stitched me up. I've spent my whole

My ANA is changing me.
Gradually the rest of my body got lighter where I had
scars
, and then my hands were not darkening. I’m naturally light skinned, so only I noticed at the beginning. I went to my doctor who said Vitiligo. My blood tests showed high ANA attacking my melanin.

works 4 me
the respiratory nurse suggested I use it for clearing my chest. It worked straight away. 375mg 4x a day. 2-3 days later, and buckets of phlegm 😁 all good. I use it when I need to and it works well for me. Like all things copd, it’ll work with some but not with others. I was on guaifenesin (lemsip)

Gut Health/ Gut Healing
Hi all, I feel like this might be the next step in my healing journey so would be keen to hear thoughts. What are the different protocols you have tried to correct 'leaky gut', gut dysbiosis and gut infections? Beyond the elimination diets, gluten free, paleo etc. Has anyone found the following helpful

Another Stressful Time
I survived, but the mental and physical
scars
remain. I'm not sure if I'm reaching out for help, or just wondering if other people have similar experiences.

Skin reaction to bone growth stimulator electrode pads
I got a weepy itchy rash from the electode pads. I was prescribed steroid cream that only helped a tad. I ended up getting weird rashes and itching on random areas of my body and am now on a oral steroid that is working very well. Just curious if anyone has had this happen. Surgeon said to stop wearing

IBS, possibly menopause, any advice
It still flares up discomfort wise and I have
scars
in my armpits from it. With the things I have going on, it seems like it’s early menopause, but since Covid ravaged my body I no longer know my body, it has changed so much.

Ovarian cyst update
I have 4 small
scars
instead of one big one. The doctor said the cyst was very big, and they removed my right ovary with it. As far as post op goes, here's a list of things I wished someone had told me before :- - I didn't realise I would need sanitary pads, and no one told me.

clothes for ascites!!
Scars
, lumps and bumps on the belly and ascites require a different way to dress. In past times we could of tried on clothes in changing rooms and perhaps worked out solutions re fabric type, prints, sizes and styles fairly easily.

Mainly aimed at the ladies (but all opinions welcome)
I am curious as to how others feel about their
scars
and if they are happy to wear them with pride or more likely to cover up. Absolutely no judgement as I know we are all different I am just curious.

My 2nd post on PEMF (pulsed electro magnetic frequency) therapy and its CLINICAL BENEFITS!
I am currently using PEMF (pulsed electro magnetic frequency) therapy on a daily basis, for 30 minutes -- since August 5, 2022. In a previous post I detailed the specifics of my therapy. So I won't go into further details here... Other than to say that with using my new PEMF matt ... my 2-year nagging
