works 4 me

the respiratory nurse suggested I use it for clearing my chest. It worked straight away. 375mg 4x a day. 2-3 days later, and buckets of phlegm 😁 all good. I use it when I need to and it works well for me.

Like all things copd, it’ll work with some but not with others. I was on guaifenesin (lemsip) which helped, but needed something with more clout, carbosistiene does it for me.

Best Wishes
