Canagliflozin featured as a new treatment
Today's 'i' newspaper reported an article in The New England Journal of Medicine double-blind tests, the result showing it reduced kidney failure by a third, and cardiovascular events by 20%. As it is already a drug in use to treat Type 2 diabetes, it is currently readily available. Sounds good news

When do I insist on seeing the gastric doctors at hospital again.

ok, so i have purchased the book, and the blood glucose meter. Started using the meter over the weekend, first reading said "LO" reading the booklet it said to have something to boost my levels and recheck in 20 minutes. Had 3 jelly babies (head first!) and rechecked. Reading was 1.9. Booklet says
