Dry Skin along with Skin Fissure when Spread a little Bit.

I'm sixteen and I've was away from home due to some issues and didn't have.a chance to shower about 2 weeks ago I got peeling skin on the lower part of the tip of my penis. Yesterday the main dry spot got a crack a skin fissure I believe not sure what to do now as I'm your and don't wanna tell my paeeents not sure what to do.Any help as too what it is would help

Yeah, applying some coconut oil is a good idea. I would try that first. If the problems persist, see your GP!
