Belly button wound infection any tips

Had lap 2 weeks ago a couple of days ago belly button wound got really sore and red went to doc got antibiotics and tips to help ?

keep it dry and clean, don’t be sticking things in your bellybutton like cotton buds though and don’t touch it unless your hands are clean, if it gets worse go back to your doctor ☺️ x

Be patient with it is my advice its really common to get infected mine took a few weeks to fully heal even with antibiotics so just keep it dry and air it as much as you can (when you're at home) avoid baths and swimming
