Endometrial Biopsy
Hello, I had a biopsy done yesterday due to the thickness of my womb. I was wondering if anyone else has had this done and how long the results took on nhs? Also does this show endometriosis?

Light brown pigmentation under jawline only, hypothyroidism issue or something else?
I have had this light brown pigmentation under just my jawline that I developed after having a thyroidectomy in 2016. I had a hysterectomy 17 years earlier and did not have this light brown pigmentation could this be from the thyroidectomy? Any ideas on how to get rid of it? I tried those skin lightening

Total IgA, IgG, and IgM before and after Evusheld and COVID infection
SARS
-CoV-2 doesn't stimulate much IgG, though. The
SARS
-CoV-2 attacks cells the lining of respiratory tract, where IgG just cannot reach easily. Those cells are protected by IgA, though. So we can see
IgA increased from 62 mg/dL to 74 mg/dL - 12mg/dL
over that same period.

L5 S1 fusion, laminectomy and bilateral foraminotomy
I am coming up on 3 months post op. I go to therapy 2 x a week and can walk moderately for 15-30 minutes a day but every time I think I am making progress as far as being pain free I have a bad spell needing meds, ice and heat again. I am 60 and may just be slow to heal?

Mitochondrial uncoupling ; can this help PD, appears maybe
“Apoptosis induced by MPP+ was ameliorated by NTZ in a dose-dependent manner. In vivo results demonstrated that oral administration of NTZ (50 mg/kg) in an acute MPTP mouse model of PD conferred significant protection against the loss of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-positive neurons of substantia nigra.

Belly button sensation 6 months after endometriosis removal
Hi, I had very minimal stage 1 endometriosis removed in October 2021. Doctors didn’t think they would find anything but did. I had been experiencing 2 weeks worth of spotting before my period for 3 years. Since my operation I have been having a strange sensation in my belly button that still hasn’t gone

Hello everyone, I am in a panick about wounds healing from laparoscopy. The wounds are all healing in different ways. I have tried to speak to the hospital and GP but both referred me to the other. Laparoscopy scars
Hi guys! Just a quick question for those of you who’ve had your laparoscopies done. How long after your surgery did you start applying cream / BioOil to the scars? I just want to make sure I don’t start applying it too soon as don’t want it to cause infection etc. Thank you! X

Surgery but without general anesthesia due to PD
I’m Wondering if anyone has had a surgery that usually requires general anesthesia but instead with just local anesthesia? Due to PD, I really do not want to be “put under.” Hard to share this but I am inquiring with doctors soon and would appreciate advice. My online search for this did not turn

Is Getting Dismissed as a Patient an Embarrassment or Rite of Passage?
Is Getting Dismissed as a Patient an Embarrassment or Rite of Passage? I wasn't being rude. In the lobby waiting to be seen by my surgeon another patient was recording her "plastic surgery journey" as the Ear Nose Throat surgeons also do the cosmetic surgeries. As a cancer patient, I'm not comfortable
