Belly button sensation 6 months after endometriosis removal

Hi,

I had very minimal stage 1 endometriosis removed in October 2021. Doctors didn’t think they would find anything but did. I had been experiencing 2 weeks worth of spotting before my period for 3 years.

Since my operation I have been having a strange sensation in my belly button that still hasn’t gone. Almost like I’m pushing down on it and it twinges. It doesn’t happen all of the time, just occasionally but very noticeable. Is this normal and just the scar tissue still healing? It almost feels like it shoots down to my vagina area? Sorry it’s quite difficult to explain!

Thanks
