Saline Solution Drip

Can I get a saline solution transfusion in the UK with out a prescription? I can get one in some states in the USA. In Ecuador you can have a RPN come to your house and administer a saline solution once a month for $20.00 Note: As far as I know this may be the end of my rash of questions.

Fluid in fallopian tube

I had a saline scan with my fertility clinic in December and they said there is possibly fluid in my 1 fallopian tube. I had a laparoscopic myomectomy in August to remove endometriosis and fibroids.

PHASE 3 ECLIPSE STUDY FOR (MCRPC) PATIENTS- FIRST INFUSION OF Lutetium- 177

Received 216.0 mCi of Lutetium- 177, after receiving ondansetron (Zofran) (for possible nausea) & 0.9% Saline Solution. Continued the Saline Solution for 1 hr. after infusion, also. The Technician said the LU 177 was manufactured in Finland. So far no side effects.

Help with Bronchiectasis flare up.

I work hard with nebuliser using saline and can get rid of it, but I just keep producing more. No sign of any infection. Sometimes I feel as if I am drowning. There is no sign of it easing, would anyone know what causes this? Thanks Ennabelle

Can saline nasal spray trigger AF!

Self medicating, of course, I thought I would try a simple saline nasal spray to see if it helped, couldn't do much harm. Tried it one day and a couple of hours later went into AF. Could have been other triggers, quite possible it was pure coincidence, but feel very hesitant about trying again.

I have begun Doxycycline rescue pack. Is it ok to continue with Azithromycin?

BIG thank you for all who replied to my previous question concerning the saline nebuliser solution. It is a comfort to be able to chat with people who understand my problems and anxieties. Thank you.

Advice, if possible please, on Sodium Chloride 0.9% nebuliser Liquid.

Should I consider taking the Doxycycline as an extra precaution because of out of date saline? T he worrying question for me now is - have I done myself a load of harm? I have been taking the out of date capsuls for about three months off and on.

High AST/SGOT

We are currently at his oncologist’s office where my husband is getting saline because he is so dehydrated. They ran blood tests and is AST/SGOT is 64. A few weeks ago it was 34. Would this mean the cancer is now possibly in his liver?

PEG pain

She does get infections around the site and antibiotics and a saline wash cure this. However recently after an infection she started to complain about pain to her left side of the stomach. No redness or heat is showing and it's ongoing. Any ideas? Paul

bloody blocked nose due to oxygen use

Went to see GP who said to use saline spray which I already do but has little impact on bloody blockage and also prescribed Dymista nasal spray but reading online I think this could be the wrong thing as it is more for people who have nasal irritation due to pollen etc not the use of oxygen, in fact

COLISTIN NOW FOR 11 DAYS AND STILL HAVE PSEUDOMONAS

I am nebulizing it twice a day after using saline and levbuteral but still have the Psedomonas non mucoid and mucoid. Wed I am getting a PORT, as I had so many issues with the Pic. Any suggestions as to why I still have the infection and when will the Colistin work or won't it?

Methycobalamin Powder Needed

So I get the powder in vials, add saline solution, and do intramuscular injections. This worked very, very well for me for over a year. However, the source of the methycobalamin went out of business, and the lab I order from started using a new source.

Switching nebulisers

For context I use it for 7% hypertonic saline and preferably would like it to be able to ‘daisy chain’ with my OPEP, Aerobika

Confusion

I started using a saline nebuliser which was disastrous and damaged my throat but otherwise have no medication to use. I have had pseudomonas recently and believe I have aspergillosis which I have been told is too risky to treat as the treatment is pretty drastic and I am decrepit.
