Sadly it's not just the tap ,I'm getting very nervous even being in the kitchen in case I do something wrong ,it's silly I've worked in a kitchen sine I was very young ,but now feel very nervous deep down.I did something very silly the other day but realised before anything happened I left a metal spoon in a dish in the microwave, I've put a wooden chopping board on the glass hob that was near a ring that was on , I can't concentrate anymore. It's getting very scary 😨.

Hope you are keeping well .

Maybe, if you are feeling a little anxious you can just help your wife, with that reassurance beside you.

Did you call your GP?

How is your dizziness these days?

Ask him to refer you to OT/PT. Compression helps with dizziness, I have just bought my son a Body Braid with they often use in different therapies..

Not with taps no but I often go to make coffee completely oblivious to the fact I already have one right in front of me that I made 10 minutes ago. On occasion is slighty comical. Multiple times a day is concerning.
