Unforeseen badger issues
Bit further on and my exercise induced
rhinitis
(snotty nose) started. Wait... which pocket was not infested with badger germs! 😩 No! Couldn’t remember! It was like the Russian roulette in a handy pack 😢. Gave up and used sleeve. Which is gross 🤢 but not as bad as badger germs.

I'm new and need help. I don't know what to do or who can help
My immune system goes low, I have extreme sneezing episodes, I'm fatigued, freezing, can get feverish, headaches, sensitivity to light,
rhinitis
and flu-like symptoms. I have more symptoms, but the former are more intense. When I was a teenager, these symptoms lasted a day or two.

Exercise Induced Rhinitis?
I think I'm suffering from EIR and it's driving me nuts! 10 mins after getting back from a morning run I'm sneezing and blowing my nose for the entire day. It's like a full blown cold and whatever I do doesn't seem to help. I've tried anti-histamines but they're not touching it. Any suggestions please

Meds, chocolate and migraines
I also had hay fever, so put these headaches down to allergic
rhinitis
. Took antihistamine and paracetamol. For the past 8-10 years I’ve been trying to keep off sugar.

Hypothyroidism / hashis and sense of smell...
So, when The Husband was 18 he suddenly developed an allergy to aspirin, was diagnosed with nasal polyps, developed asthma, developed allergic
rhinitis
really badly - he is allergic to dust, pollen, leaf mould, so is fully symptomatic year round and lost his sense of smell.

Journey to diagnosis
My hayfever worsened and I was referred to Immunology where I was diagnosed with chronic
rhinitis
, but they were unable to treat due to asthma being brittle.

I'm prescribed Famotidine (a H2 inhibitor) because PPIs - I've tried all the 'azoles' - make me feel very ill and I suspect there's definitely an allergy/intolerance thing linked as I also get a lot of
rhinitis
, nasal drip and itchy inner ears after eating.

Coronary Angiogram
I do keep thinking what happens if I my body decides to sneeze or anything daft like that (I have
rhinitis
following small operation to stop nosebleeds a few years ago). I don't sneeze to often, it's just the anxious side of me coming out to play.

Any similar or thoughts would be welcome.
As I've aged the
rhinitis
symptoms have increased so much so that I am now unable to drink (at all due to pronounced symptoms). Each day I struggle to breath easily through my nose and with regular bouts of sinusitis. The good news is that I was prescribed Prednisolone (20mg per day x 5 days).

Saying Hello
I also have acid reflux, post nasal drip ,
rhinitis
and sinusitis which I believe are all connected. Like other sufferers I have an irritating cough. To complicate the issue I became partly deaf probably because of all the conditions above.
