Nose issues....cold??? rhinitis???

I am 16 week’s pregnant on Tuesday and need HELP!! I have been having a lot of days where I I am really snotty runny and stuffy nose it is insanely tickly and itchy and I am sneezing 🤧 ALOT! Today is a really bad day anyone experienced this? What did you do?! I feel fine it just very annoying 🙈😢 x

Hello it’s a weird pregnancy symptom. I had it the whole way through. Luckily my little girl is 6 weeks now and it went away when I gave birth. Xx

Yep sorry but get used to it! I have been sneezing since day 1 and always have 1 blocked nostril that changes sides...its so annoying! Almost 38 weeks pregnant and still sneezing everyday and I have 0 allergies or anything wrong with my sinuses. Google it, it's a common symptom and yes very frustrating! Just wait till your further along and the sneezing makes you wee your pants a bit 🤣🤣😉 xx

So sorry you have this I was so worried but now seem to accepting I’m going to be just a hot snotty mess through this pregnancy! Did t have this with first 🙈😢 so was totally panicked xx

I had this all the way through my pregnancy and it went away after the birth. I used to put a tissue with about 10 drops of olbas oil on next to the bed while I was sleeping every night and this helped to stop me getting so blocked up during the night. xx

I have this as well since start of my pregnancy... broken sleep due to blocked nose.. i recently found humidifier is a wonder thing (got a very basic one 8 pounds worth).. some are ok if u add essential oil or olbas oil.. with this I found a lot of relief atleast during my night sleeps..

Honestly it is just awful 😢 gets me really down some days as it is just constant tickly itchy nose stuffy! Hope yours eases! I haven’t tried anything except hot baths and olbas oil so maybe a humidifier will help some days are worse than others and it can feel Like its gone but then it just comes straight back! Sending my thoughts xx
