Anxiety and fears of brain tumor.
So I've been dealing with anxity for seven weeks now. As of a week ago, I've been having headaches and pain in my right arm and above my right eye. I've been so worried I have a brain tumor because it lasted a little over a week. Then I get to thinking, oh it has to be it because my anxiety came out

Brain Tumor Fear Causing Extreme Anxiety
Hey all - For the last two months or so I've been worried and extremely anxious about having a brain tumor. Back in late June I had a phantom smell that woke me up. I went to my Doctor who ordered an MRI which came back normal. I had three more CT scans that month during various trips to the ER because

Does anyone know if this is contraindicated? I can't find anything definitive on-line.

DBS infinity feedback
The Infinity DBS by St. Jude now Abbot is a newcomer and as such I'm not finding much peer reviewed literature regarding the performance and relative benefits compared to the Medtronics DBS. Any links or info would be appreciated!

Aneurysm fear/Health Anxiety help
So I'm a female, 19 years old and I recently developed severe health anxiety after losing 2 family members a few months apart and one from cancer. Long story short, I started having random head pains and a extreme burning/cold feeling on my head the feeling of liquid pouring down the back and thought

Need some reassurance

What makes you think aneurysm? What specific symptoms do you have in your brain? I get symptoms but don't think brain tumor people tell me or put that in my head but I did think that when I was a teen but I'm fortyfive now and just recently out of no where am worse than ever in my life and that wouldn't

Extreme Anxiety Issues
Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and I probably won't be around very long since I know it's not good for me to be on sites like these with my anxiety. Anyway, over the past couple of weeks my anxiety has flared for no reason whatsoever. It's hard for me to leave the house now without feeling like I'm

Cognition tests for DBS
Asking those of you who have had DBS or who are current candidates: what kind of cognition tests were you given and how well (or badly) did you do on them? Did any of you have a negative evaluation and then another more positive one?

DBS feedback
I am being evaluated for DBS. I know most of the benefits and risks and am finding that I seem to only hear about the success stories. Of course it's natural that people with a negative experience would be underreported for obvious reasons. I am asking for feedback from all who have had DBS; the good

Sleep method for DBS surgery
It's been quite awhile since I posted anything. I've had Parkinson's for over six years. My biggest issue is freezing, slowness, and stiffness. I live in Denver and am considering DBS and am curious if any one has under the asleep version of the surgery and what your experience has been.

Firstly much respect to all you lovely ladies going through this dreadful disease . I am almost sorry to ask but I feel I'd like to know . I had my second consultation today post surgery for ovary and Fallopian tube removal with a complex cyst . I was so relieved to hear two weeks ago this was benign

Need help!! Reoccurring shooting pains in head for nearly a year
I don't know if anyone can help but I'm at a loss. Since November 2016 I have been suffering with intense shooting pains and pressure in the left side of my head , face and neck, they make me feel dizzy and sick and sometimes I feel like I have weird tingles all over my body. It's making me loose sleep
