Blood test for calcium
I was reading the 'Supplement timing' post which appeared in my daily e-mail this morning and one of the replies from greygoose raised a good point. In the past I was mildly low with my calcium and since going through a surgical menopause in October 2021 and having a DEXA scan which showed mild osteopenia

HRT and Ovarian Cancer
Hi everyone. I was diagnosed end of 2020. Stage 1c endometriod adenocarcinoma at the age of 41. I was told I wasn't allowed HRT and assumed they meant forever.. so I figured out ways to help my body get through the menopause. Now just over a year later I'm doing great. I'm waiting for my yearly ct

Scared
I've posted in here a couple of times, but here's my story. I got admitted to the hospital in March of 2021 for gallbladder removal. My liver enzymes were very high. I was sent for an URQ ultrasound before surgery. This showed "The liver is hyperechoic and coarsened and echogenic texture". My surgeon

DE Embryo FET - 2nd failed :(
Just looking for a bit of solidarity and advice. Our 1st DE embryo transfer ended in a MMC in October discovered at our viability scan. It was a 5AA embryo which stopped growing around 5.5 weeks. It was utterly devastating. We have just had a BFN from our 2nd DE embryo transfer. It was a 4AB embryo

Hysterectomy and ovary removal plus excision of endometriosis- recovery tips please!!!
Hello all ❤ I had my surgery on Thursday. Does anyone have any advice to help me recover fully and well? (I'm already using estrogen patches and gel so I don't get a hormone deficiency). Endo was in uterus, ovaries and pelvis, plus on bowel. It's been a huge 23 slog, taking 20 years to get an endo diagnosis
