Natural ways to thicken my lining ready for ivf transfer
I’ve heard
raspberry
leaf
tea is one so I’m giving that a go. And also foods with vitamin E such as kiwi fruits and hazel nuts.. Does anyone think these help at all or know anything else that may help? I am willing to try anything!

The midwife has said that the baby’s head is engaged and to drink
raspberry
leaf
tea to speed things along. I’ve had very very slight cramping on and off over the past few days and feel a little out of sorts today, really tired with a headache.

Raspberry leaf tea
Has anyone had any experience of
raspberry
tea
leaf
regarding labour? Someone mentioned it to me today but is it worth buying some capsules? I’m 38 + 4 days and I’ve read it’s better to start taking them sooner than this.

Raspberry leaf tea
Hi :) just seeing if anyone has any feedback re:
raspberry
leaf
tea during the cycles? I read the packaging & it says to consult medical advice if you think you might be pregnant so i was worried about taking it in case it affects my ivf cycle. Any help welcome :) xx

Suggestions for what to eat and drink for IVF & fertility please!
Hi lovelies I've heard
raspberry
leaf
tea is good to drink, along with cranberry juice. I've also heard pineapple being mentioned. What foods and drinks are supposedly good to eat and drink on the lead up to ivf please? And post egg transfer? Thanks so much!

I started taking
raspberry
leaf
capsules and drinking
raspberry
leaf
tea a lot. This helps, but I still struggle with the pain every month. Lately I've been getting more pain at other times of the month - like being prodded with a hot poker.
