Anyone know any natural ways? I’ve heard raspberry leaf tea is one so I’m giving that a go. And also foods with vitamin E such as kiwi fruits and hazel nuts..
Does anyone think these help at all or know anything else that may help?
I am willing to try anything!
My lining needs to be ready for my scan Tuesday 🙏
Thanks in advance x

I've heard everything you mentioned is good. Also pomegranate juice and whole milk. Increasing the blood flow to the area too? you could try fertiltiy yoga ( there are plenty of YouTube videos) or applying heat to the area. Since my FET was cancelled due to thin lining I've switched to a high protein diet and having things like bone broth as a soup based. These are supposed to have the thing your lining is made up of in them so hopefully my body will use them.to build up my uterus lining. I'm afraid I have no idea if this works or not. I've got everything crossed for you, you are nearly there.
Thank you all. Currently sat with a hot water bottle. I’ve had some raspberry leaf tea and I’ve also had kiwi fruit (vitamin e) and some hazelnuts today..all according to google are meant to help.
Hot baths too, beetroot juice (its not pleasant if Im honest so ended up eating it instead), pomegranate juice, vitamin E supplements and all of the above that you've mentioned!!xx
Look at a website called natural fertility info.com there’s loads of information on there! I think protein is also supposed to be good. Good luck xx
Caster oil packs (caster oil on a flannel with a hot water bottle) or fertility massage done before ovulation, pomegranate juice and beetroot juice but it taste 🤮
I was reading about taking supplements like Black Cohosh, liquorice powder (not the sweets!) or the amino acid arginine. I dont know how much it will help but I would personally do anything. And indeed as mentioned before, fertility Yoga os supposed to help.
Good luck!
Hi Kirstyblue, I can't offer any additional offer to what the ladies have already offered but just wanted to wish you the best of luck for Tues xx
