Raspberry leaf tea

Hi just seeing if anyone has any feedback re: raspberry leaf tea during the cycles? I read the packaging & it says to consult medical advice if you think you might be pregnant so i was worried about taking it in case it affects my ivf cycle. Any help welcome xx

I believe it can cause uterine contractions in the last trimester. I’m sure someone posted a link on here with extra info very recently, maybe try a search x

I drank 2 cups a day from cd1 as had read it was meant to thicken womb lining. But hasn't worked for me this cycle, so it's been cancelled due to thin lining xx

Ah im sorry to hear that! So devastating to build yourself up and then have to fall like that. I have a feeling i will be the same as my periods are practically non existent xx

You shouldn't have it around ovulation or transfer as it causes uterine contractions. It's meant to tone the uterus. Maybe just have it first first week or so of cycle.
