I feel your pain with the pelvic pressure. Did you see a Physio at all about it? There isn't a whole lot they can do but I got a support belt that helps when standing and walking. They can also provide you with crutches which could help keeps you mobile. I'm nearly 37 weeks with twins and was crying last week when I pulled something in my pelvis, couldn't walk without a stick that day. I found total rest, daily baths and taking baby steps really helped ease things again. When you take the stairs, go one step at a time.
As for raspberry leaf tea, I'm not sure that it gets things moving, my understanding is it makes labour easier rather than inducing it. I haven't tried it but I know my twins are arriving this Friday as they won't allow me go over 37 weeks. For you, I guess full term is 40 weeks - I think you may just have to be patient. Baby will only come early if there's a good reason to and you're very nearly there. Are you already on mat leave?
Raspberry leaf tea does not induce labour, but helps tone the uterus and uterine muscle. I took it from 30 weeks with my 1st and had a 2 hour active labour at 39+1. Also been taking it with my 2nd and now 39+2, but no sign of him moving yet
