Where is AF?

Any suggestions for bringing on AF naturally? I’m now late and am due to start short protocol once I start this cycle.

I’ve drank raspberry leaf tea which usually does the trick but not this time!!

Have you done a test? I don't really know anyways to bring AF on other than if a test is negative phone your clinic and they can do a scan to see what's going on and if all thin you may be able to start but if thick lining then they can give you a drug (prognova I think) to bring it on xxx

Hi Pip, the body is so infuriating at times isn't it! Most of the time AF is the last thing we want and then for once when you wait for it it's nowhere to be seen.

I missed mine completely when we were ready to start our first cycle and had to wait for the following month. And I'm normally incredibly regular and never miss periods. No idea why.
