I just wondered if any of you had tried raspberry leaf tea. I have been reading that it can help with symptoms of endo. If you have tried it, did it help at all?

Thank you.

I had heard good things, so I tried drinking it frequently but to little effect:(

I'm drinking it every day right now- I'm not sure yet as I have to see upcoming cycles. I've also heard good things about cramp bark tincture- it tastes awful so you need a chaser, but supposedly works well. I'm just sick of killing my liver with Tylenol and Narcotics so trying to detox for as long as I can hold out.

I use it and find that it really helps. I tend to avoid caffeine now and drink herbal teas as I find caffeine is a trigger for the endo pain

I regularly drink the tea and take capsules as well. It's massively helped my period pain.
