Checkup w/low WBC & Bladder infection
My Oncologists's Assistant saw me today due to a family emergency with my doctor. The Assistant was very nice this time, thank goodness! She was concerned about my bloodwork. Turns out I have a raging bladder infection, my WBC is down to 1, my magnesium and sodium levels are very low and I'm dehydrated

Rhabdomosis and restless legs
I have had restless legs now for about 20 years. It is the focus of my life. If I don’t keep up on my medication I am so miserable I want to jump off a bridge. I am on a pretty high dosage of ropinirole 12 mg plus another 4 as needed. I am also a Bipolar so I take medication to sleep for this. I was

Heat and Blood Pressure
Many of us struggle with the heat tending to feel lethargic and washed out! One problem is that heat causes the blood vessels to expand and combined with your medication you may experience a degree of hypotension. Perspiration can make this worse if you start getting dehydrated. The key is to stay well

Update: doctor confirmed I am still pregnant 🙀 We saw the sac and there is a heartbeat. I may have expelled the second embryo but one is stuck in there. He prescribed me to rest, some valium and gave me an additional shot of progesterone at the clinic. I have to come back on monday for another check

🌱 Delicious Brunch 🌱
Hi everyone, This morning I had some extra time so made myself brunch with some sourdough I found in the supermarket which was vegan. I fancied black beans (turtle beans) so had them with fresh garlic on the toasted sourdough with mushrooms and some delicious tomatoes I picked this morning. [u]Black

Old Age
I am 70 yrs. old and have suffered from anxiety and depression for 30+ yrs. I am having one of my worst episodes yet. Usually I can get better after 2 mos. , but this time it has been 5 mos. I wonder if age has anything to do with it. It is affecting my health. Taking Valium, Buspar and Effexor. Just

ABLATION PLUS 6 MONTHS
Following on from my 3 month post, I am now really happy with the way I have recovered after a patchy first week then a very slow recovery. I still get the odd ectopic which brings me down to earth but apart from that I can get on with my life as normal (though not tried anything sporty yet). Holiday

Egfr rapidy falling
My egfr function has dropped from 18% to 13% on 3 days. I have been drinking as much water as I can and try to eat salt as Drs has advised my sodium is very low and suggest I'm not taking enough in. So anyway phoned kidney until the asked me to come in to take a look at me. Giving me some fluid. Saw
