Carboplatin is particularly useful in neuroendocrine metastases, which are lytic. Radium 223 is only useful for blastic (non-lytic) bone mets. What have you been diagnosed with?
I don't understand why you have given these two options. The Chemotherapy drug you mentioned is usually used when treating organ mets such as liver, lung, etc. whereas Radium is used specifically for bone mets. So it depends what mets you have.
